This privacy policy and Terms of Use sets out how European Administrative Services, hereinafter called EAS may use and will protect any information that you provided or has been collected by EAS, online and offline. EAS respects your preferences concerning the collection and use of your personal information.

The following privacy policies are tailored for the different ways your personal information is collected by different EAS lines of business and offerings.

Personal Information: This policy covers the following personal information that EAS collects through your use of the EAS Web sites and in connection with off-line communications. Specifically, EAS may collect this information from offline and online registrations and forms, communications and interactions, and sales inquiries and transactions. EAS also may use third party sources, such as opt-in lists, as specified below.

Contact information, such as name, physical address, telephone number(s), email address, and company. The majority of the information collected under this category is contact information.- Transactional information, including information about the products and services you purchase or download or about which you make an inquiry.- User preferences, such as service and product requirements, newsletters and other information you select in the customer profile when registering on EAS.nl or any other EAS website.- Financial/credit card and payment information.- Event and conference participation information, such as lectures, classes or booths attended or visited during an event or conference hosted or attended by EAS. We may supplement information you provide with information received from third parties.

Electronic Communications Protocols and Cookies: In addition to the information specified above, EAS may collect information about your use of the EAS Web sites through electronic communications protocols and cookies. As is true when you visit most web sites, EAS may automatically receive information from you as part of the communication connection itself, which often consists of network routing information, equipment information, your IP address, and date and time. EAS may also use cookies, embedded URLs and embedded pixels to capture additional information.

Cookies: The EAS server may query your browser to see if there are “cookies” previously set by the EAS Web sites. EAS also may use cookies to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include personally identifiable information. Some cookies may remain on the user’s computer after they leave the Web site, the majority are set to expire within 30 – 365 days. Flash Cookies: EAS may use flash cookies, also known as “local shared objects,” on our sites that employ Flash technology. Widgets: The EAS Web site may include Widgets, which are interactive mini-programs that run on our site to provide specific services from another company (e.g., links to bookmarked sites). To engage in transactions: EAS may use personal information such as name, physical address, telephone number, email address, and company to engage in transactions with you.

To process transactions: EAS may use financial/credit card and payment information to process your order. EAS may need to share some of this information with delivery services, credit card clearing houses, banks and other third parties to complete the transaction.

To provide support or other services: EAS may use your personal information to provide you support or other services you have ordered. To tailor marketing to your needs and respond to your requests: EAS may use your personal information to notify you about new product releases and service developments. EAS also may use your personal information to respond directly to your requests for information. In addition, if you consent, EAS may share your contact information with other selected partners that offer complementary products or services.

To select content, improve quality and facilitate use of the Web Sites: EAS may use your personal information, including the information gathered as a result of site navigation and electronic protocols and cookies to help create and personalize Web site content, facilitate your use of the Web, improve Web site quality, track marketing campaign responsiveness, and evaluate page response rates.

Use of materials: You may download, store, display on your computer, view, listen to, play and print Materials that EAS publishes or broadcasts on the Site or makes available for download through the Site subject to the following: (a) the Materials may be used solely for your personal, informational, noncommercial purposes; (b) the Materials may not be modified or altered in any way; and (c) the Materials may not be redistributed.

Use of community services: Community Services are provided as a convenience to users and EAS is not obligated to provide any technical support for, or participate in, Community Services. While Community Services may include information regarding EAS’s products and services, including information from EAS employees, they are not an official support or communication channel for EAS.

You may use Community Services subject to the following: (a) Community Services may be used solely for your personal, informational, noncommercial purposes; (b) Content provided on or through Community Services may not be redistributed; and (c) personal data about other users may not be stored or collected except where expressly authorized by EAS.

Reservation of rights: The Site and Content provided on or through the Site are the intellectual property and copyrighted works of EAS. All rights, title and interest not expressly granted with respect to the Site and Content provided on or through the Site are reserved. All Content is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis, and EAS reserves the right to terminate the permissions granted to you and your use of the Content at any time.

Security, passwords and means of accessing the site and content: You agree not to access or use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any EAS’s accounts, computer systems or networks. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Site or any EAS’s accounts, computer systems or networks. You agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any EAS’s accounts, computer systems or networks. You agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site or any of EAS’s accounts, computer systems or networks without EAS’s express written permission.

Access to and use of password protected or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. You agree not to share your password(s), account information, or access to the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password(s) and account information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s) or account(s) or as a result of your access to the Site. You agree to notify EAS immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s) or account(s).

No unlawful or prohibited use: You agree not to use the Site or Content provided on or through the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or the rules, guidelines or terms of use posted for a specific area of the Site or Content provided on or through the Site.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EAS, its officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, due to or arising out of Content that you Share, your violation of the Terms of Use or any additional rules, guidelines or terms of use posted for a specific area of the Site or Content provided on or through the Site, or your violation or infringement of any third party rights.

Termination of use: EAS may, in its sole discretion, at any time discontinue providing or limit access to the Site, any areas of the Site or Content provided on or through the Site. You agree that EAS may, in its sole discretion, at any time, terminate or limit your access to or use of the Site or any Content. You agree that EAS shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or limitation of your access to or use of the Site or any Content.

Except where expressly provided otherwise, the site, and all content provided on or through the site, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EAS expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement with respect to the site and all content provided on or through the site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer or exclusion of certain warranties or the disclaimer, exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. to the extent that they are held to be legally invalid, disclaimers, exclusions and limitations set forth in these terms of use, including those set forth in sections ‘disclaimer’ and ‘limitation of liability’, do not apply and all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Note about minors: Minors are not eligible to use the Site, and we ask that they do not submit any information to us.

Applicable laws: All matters relating to your access to, and use of, the Site and Content provided on or through or uploaded to the Site shall be governed by teh laws of the United Kingdom.
